    • Return Window:
    Items may be returned within 7–10 days of delivery.

    • Condition of Item:
    Returned items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Any item showing signs of damage or wear may not be eligible for return.

    • Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

    • Restocking Fee:
    All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

    • Refunds:
    Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow standard processing time for funds to appear.
